As a Customer Service Specialist at FanXchange your primary responsibility will be to assist customers and provide them with accurate information to resolve their inquiries. As the frontline of FanXchange, you are the primary point of contact for our customers and therefore the voice of our company. We provide our customers with outstanding service while assisting them with their ticket orders for major sporting events, concerts and theatre shows.

Position Duties:

- Respond to customer inquiries by phone and email communication
- Develop personal relationships with customers to ensure customer service satisfaction
- Demonstrate customer focus by seeking out, responding and understanding the needs of customers
- Place orders for customers over the phone
- Issue refunds and handle financial adjustments for customers
- Receive and process customer conflicts and come to an amicable and professional resolution
- Organization and planning of team events
- Various administrative duties including, but not limited to, mailing, filing, reception

Job Requirements

  • 3‐5 years of customer service experience, preferably in an inbound call setting
  • Knowledge of sports/entertainment industry
  • Available for shift work between 9am‐10pm Monday‐Sunday
  • Strong problem solving skills
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Effectively able to prioritize and manage time
  • Able to type 40+ words per minute
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
